Combining his background as an award-winning newspaper photographer and journalist with his natural eye and relaxed approach, Hobart independant photographer Sean Fennessy is the perfect choice for editorial, portrait, wedding and commercial assignments.
In 2006 Sean was named by Art and Australia magazine as one of the country's best artists aged under 25 and is quickly earning a reputation for his ability to expertly capture important moments in his unique style.
Regular commercial clients include Hotel Grand Chancellor, Aurora, Transend, Menzies Research Centre, Red Jelly and Charlotte Peterswald For Property.
Sean has photographed Tasmanian news for Reuters, AAP, The Australian, The Age and The Herald Sun and has had work published in Tasmania's three daily papers. He also regularly shoots for Tasmanian Life and Enterprise magazines.
Recent personal projects include co-founding paperpeople magazine and his first solo exhibition, Step Into the Light, which was hailed by The Hobart Mercury as "portraiture in its best form."
